Lillard went 55/10, shooting nearly 75% from 3, hitting two consecutive and-one threes to tie the game in overtime that, if they were called, would have won them the game, and still, despite the no calls, if McCollum hadn’t stepped out of bounds, Covington hadn’t gone for the dunk, or Nurkic hadn’t fouled out this would have ended in a Portland W, all of this while he should still be recovering from a 3-5 month recovery time injury that he ended up only sitting out 3 games for. But yeah I guess Jokic was better because he had 11 rebounds.

Damian Lillard was a combination of himself, Kobe, and MJ. Step back shots off the dribble from nearly 30 feet. Those 3-pointers to tie in regulation and in the 1st OT were beyond clutch. And he scored the last 17 points for the Trail Blazers. Absolutely phenomenal.

Lillard had an amazing all time great game, hit lots of difficult shots and saved them 2 times, he has these games but he doesnt hit 12 threes every game and shoots 71% from the field everytime .. Jokic just did what he always does and what is needed. He is in control and without him being this dominant his team mates couldnt score neither. Basketball IQ of guys like Lebron, Doncic, CP and Jokic is so underrated.

@@patrickschafer2973 the game was epic not gonna lie. but where were the double and triple teams on dame. all his clutch shots have been 1 on 1 yet max keeps bringing up curry. curry would have had 2-5 bodies on him. its hard for me to say i would pick dame over curry when curry's so called clutch misses have been 2-3 bodies on him. ive seen curry hit tons of clutch 1 on 1 his entire career. not taking away from dame's clutchness by any means. just pointing out what ive seen every year.
