_What this girl is doing_ is trying to find places where this monstrosity can be driven safely. It can't negotiate pedestrian access infrastructure because it's so wide, and has the turning radius of a bus. It can't be driven in or around traffic safely. It weighs a ton, can't be easily loaded onto a vehicle carrier, and has the rolling resistance of a tank. No local bike shop (LBS) will work on it or have access to parts for the thing, or the cheap knock-off hub motors they use. The worst BS they're feeding people is the range... it's a flat-out lie. Not that that matters because no one is going to want to drive this thing more than 20 miles anyway.

It’s an inner city bike. Either you can use the motor or pedal. I’ve seen people in my city use this kind of bike before and they drive it on the streets. They seem perfectly fine using it. It’s not supposed to negotiate pedestrian infrastructure. It’s a good bike to run quick errands around town. I also live close to NYC and they use this type of bike for deliveries and other e bikes on the street. And also, it’s about as wide as a stroller so it’ll fit on a sidewalk. You can literally take a regular bike and put one of those wagons on the back and ride it either in the street or on the sidewalk
