I was on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for a 50yr high school reunion in June 2019 just after my wife and I celebrated our 47th anniversary. Johnny was in concert at one of the casinos that week on the last leg of his "last" tour. I had not told my wife that I had tickets until the afternoon of the concert. What a surprise for her. He closed out his show with this song. The man's voice had changed very little even after all these years.

Great song! So glad you are doing more of Johnny Rivers. He had a lot of hits during the 60's-70's such as "Memphis", "Maybellene", "Mountain Of Love", "The Seventh Son", "Secret Agent Man", "Baby I Need Your Lovin'", "Summer Rain", "Midnight Special", "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?", "Rockin' Pneumonia & The Boogie Woogie Flu" etc.

When club patrons needed a break from disco, here was The Song. (Among a handful of others...) On Wiki, I see the song has been renamed to "Swaying to the Music" officially, but I'll bet most foikls only know it as "Slow Dancing."
