Thank you so much John, I can really grasp a lot of piano concepts through your videos alone, very helpful stuff. This is a beautiful Lennon song. He has a lot of great ones for the piano. Would you consider posting his song "God"? That's a favorite of mine. Also it seems like a lot of people are interested in "Jealous Guy" as well. That might be good too. Anyway, thanks again. The best.

If you watch John writing and playing this. It’s on you tube with George Harrison. John didn’t even know the name of the chords he did most of it by ear. The magic of Lennon n McCartney neither musically trained just genius s pure n simple

What you just brought up is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point, in your rambling, incoherent response, were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in these comments is now dumber for having read it. You’ve been awarded no points, and may god have mercy on your soul.

Didn't this video have chord notations in text above the keyboard about a week ago? If so how do I activate them? Thank you
@pianojohn113-87 жыл бұрын
They're still there. You may just need to change your You Tube video settings to allow annotations.

Thank you for explaining the Nicky Hopkins part, his work with post Beatles solo projects very underrated. BTW does the 113 in your name refer to Rte 113 in the western Philly burbs?

Oh, no problem at all I think your great , and easy to follow on certain ones it takes practice,, practice, practice,, lol... I am a pretty well advanced player I just need to brush up on my skills ,,

@pianojohn113 Just to remind some thing i did watch a few months ago, you can upload your videos up to 15 minutes, so you can use those 5 extra minutes in your next videos in the future. The last part is a little hard but it sounds great. I love this video. Once again Thanx a lot for upload this song and maybe, just maybe, you can work in "tonight" by Elton John or "Jealous guy by Lennon. Those songs have some parts like the one at the end of this one that represents a challeng. Cheers.

Considering that you're an American you've captured John Lennon's vocal inflexions very accurately in your singing, quite apart from your transcription of the piano part.
