The Bible you and I read is full of stories and life lessons from other people which God allowed to be included in his word and together it’s called the INSPIRED word of God. If you listen carefully there are many things that could be backed by scriptures - the first portion could be backed by 2nd Cor, a whole book Paul dedicated to defend his ministry and call to the people of God - talk also highlights that he is what he is by the grace of God and not by his sufficiency which is found in the same Corinthians - the sufferings he highlighted is also scriptural and Paul likewise the other apostle’s spoke of their sufferings in the ministry - the community development and charge to make a difference in society as believers goes to talk about who we are and should be as believers ( Salt and light of the world)
