Take the bypass west of MF to avoid the hill. I.e. take a right coming out of the tunnel.

@@HarmanMotorWorks I still doubt you would have made with the microshunter though. But you can avoid the big upgrade to MF (and about half of the downgrade on the other side of MF) if your hauling Iron to the Steel Mill to build up cash.

@@HarmanMotorWorks And this is why I love DV above all other train sims. Scripted scenarios where all you really need to do is stop for red lights and rail-shooter "free roam" be damned, DV is like That's the job you chose ? Really ? Ok, well, you know where it's got to go, find yourself an engine then work out how to get there. Oh and btw we're not kidding about those speed limits ...

You can always split the train and rebuild it in the first track you find you can back into. I've come out of the harbour like that more than a few times :) DV isn't fussy about what order the cars are in as long as they all get there :)

Agreed, it's definitely a big feature of DV in my opinion too. There's very little hand holding! 😅 I'm just glad I had a bit of a cash 'cushion' to weather this mishap lol

You should just watch the tracks at all times if your going so fast. You missed some signs letting you know about the corner and the required speed reduction.
