If you turn off "Pantographs" switch both pantos will remain stuck in their current position regardless of "Pantograph I/II"; this is why you've got showered with sparks at 24:10. It's better not to touch "Pantographs" unless you're shutting the locomotive down entirely. Also keeping train brake in "Release & Charge" all the time will ruin the compressors eventually. Release brakes with "Service" to avoid damaging them.

As long as you are "in a dangerous place" you are in the 40Kph Max zone. It will always say "speed up" once allowed. The warnings will always pop up regardless if you are already following what it says. It seems that taking care of your Loc makes absolute sense in this game. On a first try with this game I had to restart after about an hour because no matter what I did, I would not get any brakes, they wouldn't refill no matter what I did, even not from cold start. I had been careless with train and brakes and suffered. The second playtrhough I am doing now is going much better (when it comes to driving the train, I am currently at a point that is really really hard... well, for me... Fun.... but gawddanged.... a "why?" situation to say the least.) In fact I am a bit further than where you currently are in the series and my engine is only slightly starting to show yellow parts, no orange parts as of yet. Use your Loc breaks not your main brakes when just running the engine without wagons. Using the proper tools for the job (in this instance using the correct brakes) prolonges their lifespan. It will take a bit of practice to find the right settings with it. With the main brakes, I would say pay attention to how they slow down your train. If you get the hang of it, everything can be done without ever going to braking II. I am actually somewhat impressed by the train simulation in this game. 24:15 I am not sure why but you lights (or rather lack thereoff) at 24:05 indicate that the power is not off and either one or both panths are up. I won't say it is Aliens but.... (read "aliens" as "user error'). It is not entirely clear to me as in some shots it seems the switches are indeed down . But I also haven't seen you raise them and they are up once you stop. I think editing or use of hotkeys makes this impossible for me to see what actually is going on here. But as said... lights indicate power being on. As for the "Optimal" throttle setting. Be carefull without speedometer, it WILL put you over the speedlimit. 27:23 I actually laughed out loud when you said to be glad the bear was not alive...... I am probably a lousy shot but the pistol did not help me at my first try. The Kal however... great against bears. You can skin it btw giving meat and a pelt. (you can shoot and skin deer as well). You will of course need to have a knife equiped for that. As said, there are some fun missions coming up but especially the one I am at now is kinda hard (again, I am a lousy shot but I think that might not be the only reason, once you reach that you know what I mean :). I think that specific mission lacks a certain degree of fairness heheheheh. You will love it and hate it I am sure. Given you pace in the videos that is however at least three or four episodes away. there might come a point you actually have an excess of weapons, there should be a person at the shop areas that will buy them. I was writing a comment with some tips and then my kitty decided to go sit on my had and ...it's gone... gawddanged. Aaaaanyways.. without timestamps then trying to remember the tips. Ah..right... Keep your cabin door shut please. Your heater has to work less so it will (hopefully) last longer. Exiting while moving: Can be done if your speed is low, around 5 to 8Kph. I don't stop for switches. The meter not working is probably an Early Access thing. Notify the devs. That goes for everyone playing this game... you encounter a problem, you file a bug report. Only with our feedback devs can improve their games. Speeds: Experiment a bit, you will find that certain notches will give certain Max speeds. As long as the green light hasn't come on (most right, top row), you won't go above 40Kph as far as I can tell. There is also a setting for Max 30 etc. Don't know which on top of my head so experiment a bit. Did you basically use the Train Sim 20XX/TSW keybinds? lol, I did as well. Delivery times: I think they are a bit to generous with those. They might tighten those a bit. Notifications about power/speed/Panthographs : They will pop up regardless. They will stay active for as long as they are in the area it needs to be done. Same with speeds. It will say slow down below 40 even if you travel 30 already. It really is just a notification. It does not respond to your actions (yet) I honestly think that gun is not gonna be enough. Once you sell the cassette players to Alexandr you will be asked to deliver the money to Dimitri in the cabin in the woods. I suspect what I encountered there is somewhat scripted and I doubt it/they/he/she (no spoilers lol) will go down with a pistol. However, close to Dimitri there is another cabin with a maffia shop that sells a better gun. When you see the marker pop up for Dimitri, watch for a road on the right hand side of the track. Stop there and follow the road, you will see the Maffiashop first before reaching the cabin of Dimitri.

Honestly the game looks really interesting and fun. Not something I´d play but definitely something I´d watch! Watching your video really was awesome. Your have a really calm and soothing voice, fitting perfect for a calmer game like this. I hope you turn this into a small series. I´d definitely watch all episodes :) I´m personally a big fan of longer episodes like this. Oh and the guy at 55:55 said "Blyat are you drunk or what?".

You can clear the fee of that de2 with manual service to do this first find the fee then click confirm they'll give you a warning but when you click it again the confirm it will show the fee
