Malinowski was straight-up assassinated. Period. The ATF raid was nothing short of premeditated murder. There is no other way to spin that. They had every opportunity to serve the warrant without ever having to even see his face, let alone shoot him in it. They were specifically instructed to serve a search warrant rather than an arrest warrant. The only reason to conduct it the way they did is if their objective was, from the beginning, to kill him. The ATF's history is such that it is impossible to give them the benefit of doubting competence rather than expecting malice. They are wholly corrupt and nothing less than an organized criminal arm of the government at this point, and it's become too overt to claim anything less.

They would deny them. They will find a way to establish a chain of artificial prerequisites which they are not obligated to provide. They know they are not bound by law until taken to court, and they will enjoy causing as much damage as they can in the interim. The worst punishment a federal agency will ever receive for willful misconduct is being told "stop that thing you're doing, or maybe just do it slightly differently". Then the cycle of burden repeats.
@danielroncaioli68824 ай бұрын
Discharging a firearm with the limits of a city would be considered an ancillary right. The 2nd Amendment protects the right of a citizen to keep and bear arms in defense of him/herself and defense of the state. Part of defending self or state is the protected right to discharge said firearm for the purpose set forth in the original amendment. Therefore any law that criminalizes the exercise of the protected right for the purpose as written would be unconstitutional. An example would be prohibiting the use of ink for printing presses. That prohibition adversely affects the free exercise of the 1st Amendment, thus it would be considered Unconstitutional.
