So would that mean that Pucci would have the abilities of The World instead of being able to rapidly speed up time? Or do you think that he'd essentially gain The World Over heaven, but it just looks like Dio? Or would it just be the abilities of Made In heaven and I'm just overthinking this whole thing? 😅😅😅

Not necessarily. If they tried to fight him individually, they would have been finished faster than they were in the anime. It was mainly just a joke fight like "Oh, what if Jotaro's plot armor was still a thing?" I'm sure there's a way they could have won before he reset the universe, but considering Maiden Over Heaven makes the user ridiculously fast, and Jotaro's time stops didn't work, Araki would have needed to really pull something out of left field for them to win.
