I have the soprano version of this and the volume is outstanding. The action is excellent, too. The flush fretboard may help. Nice review!

Wow...great tone from that uke! How wide is the fretboard at the nut? That seems to have a more cutting sound that your SK-38 and CK-38.....I'd like to hear that after it's been played a lot. I love those 38s. It sounds like it really has a lot of volume.

I don't have it around any more (it belongs to a friend) but the width at the nut is the same as all of the other Ohanas 1.375" I believe. It's a great sounding uke!

Outstanding strumming and that little uke packs a punch! I will have a CK-28-5....yeah, the 5 string for my birthday😺🤙🏽.

Aloha, Matthew! What was that cool little demo ditto you played? I just got my CK-28-5 string. Ohana pulled the Gotoh friction tuners and replaced them with the Grover geared tuners. I am going to experiment with the Aquila Reds and others (Hannabach, Oasis). Have a great weekend!

Hi Paul, it's Bye Bye Blues (that starts at about 3:50...)

Matthew Lyon superb! I will checkout the late Ukulele Mike Lynch’s bye bye blues tutorial. I got my birthday 🎂 5 string CK-25, Ohana swapped out friction tuners for their geared tuners and yes it is pleasantly loud...I am waiting for some Aquila Reds to come in. Mahalo🤙🏽.
