@@Ohemaa Yelp. Now I don’t blow dry my hair anymore (Only in the Winter but I don’t wash too often because protective styles) and flat iron once or twice a year. And perming (relaxing) only once a year with the first flat iron day. That my new year resolutions when I got a adult and I see tremendous results. But now I’m working on greasing my hair everyday 🤣🤦‍♀️ and having a good skin routine (nothing wrong with my skin… I only have dark lids,circles and contour line) come to think of it I just it’s a brith mark because it doesn’t go away when I tone etc. And I wear Full foundation to cover that I can still see it.

Your hair looks beautiful! I'm relaxed and my hair has been loving the Olaplex 3. I haven't tried the shampoo or conditioner as yet. I've tried Silk Elements products in the past, but my hair didn't like them. I almost always split my wash day in 2 because it's a lot of work! Wash & blow dry day 1, flat iron day 2. I have thick hair and it's arm pit length.

I will see how the silk elements work. But I know the heat protectant has raving reviews. The shampoo was gentle. Olaplex was amazing on my natural hair and definitely more amazing on chemically treated hair. What proteins do you use for your hair and how often, my hair feels very good after this keratin treatment and I need to know how often I should be doing protein.

I went back to heat training my hair. I'm so over the natural hair. If I thought I could do a relaxer or tex lax, I would. I don't care what the natural community say. My hair grows better with heat. Also no 6+ hour wash days and a million products . Eventually I might get a relaxer dont know yet but by a professional not me Your hair looks beautiful this was very informative

I know it’s important to neutralize but I followed the affirm method to treat your hair while the cuticles are open. After a chemical treatment instead of after a shampoo process. But I definitely make sure to rinse very well and shampoo intensely after
