I love For The Fans!!! It's long, but it's definitely worth it. Avi and Ky's relationship dynamic is really similar to Madd and Devon from Garron Park, where the angst and tension is there, even when they start hooking up! I'd say I love both books equally

LOVE the Legacy of Gods series by Rina Kent! God of Fury is by far my favorite but I do think you need to read them in order there is a lot of overlap with the timeline for each of the couples. There's a lot of build up for God of Fury that by the time you get there you are HYPE for that story and I think it has more of an emotional impact. The audios are also really good and start to be duet style in book 4, plus Teddy Hamilton and Shane East...yes 🖤

Tormentor Mine is a spin-off of the Twist Me series by Anna Zaires. It’s best if you start with those first. I read them all. Excellent series!

The torment duet had me bawlingggg!! So good, you should definitely check them out. The first one dragged just a little for me but once I got into the seccond I flew through it so fast. Such a great duet 🎉

I adore Anna Zaire’s. She doesn’t get nearly enough love online! Definitely read Twist Me first. It’s her best series and Tormentor Mine is a spinoff. Adelaide Forrest is great too.

Yes to For The Fans!! It was my first Nyla K, and I was addicted after. My favorite by her, I sent it, but you didn't include is Distorted it's Book 1 in the Alabaster Penitentiary Series. It's so messed up, but sooo so good.

I love For the Fans! One of my favorite reads last year (and I also previously had a mixed experience with Nyla K). Some people complain it’s long but I flew through it and didn’t feel like it was too much.

I love the entire Empire series by Rina kent!! its a whole new level from her previous royal elite series!! love them all but this series just has a certain level the prequels didnt! Love love love Kingdom fall!! that entire universe she created with natasha knight is amazing!!

OMG tormentor mine is my absolute fave! I listened to it on audible. and I've re "read" this book series about 5 times.. it gets better every listen. it lives in my mind rent free and so do almost all of anna zaires books. she is my fave author. I really don't understand why she isn't on every bodies top list. she writes smart bad ass woman and obsessed ,you touch her you die, man.. and she writes the dark kidnap goooooood. lordy lord it was a delight from book 1 to book 4.

I am also a huge fan of Anna Zaires, have read the entire twisted series from Julian to Lucas to Peter! Is there any other good book you could recommend similar to her writing style, Zaires has increased my standards for dark romance to another level hahaha

I also struggle to find books of that same "level" it is a very difficult balance I look for.. haha the man have to be kind of fucked up but also always "nice" to the female lead.. haha Julian was horrible but in just the right amount, if you know what i mean..the only two books I found that have that same level of twistedness but a are still nice spicy and with a plot are "Sordid" by Nikki Sloane and "Descent" by Sam Mariano. they are dark romance with non-con and dub-con in them just to warn you but If you loved Anna Zaires books then I guess you can handle that.. :)

The Lion and the mouse series by Kenya Wright . The heroine is a serial killer unbeknownst to her, and the hero is an unhinged Russian Mafia boss who makes Remo from the Camorra Chronicles look soft in comparison. It’s extremely spicy, uncomfortably dark, incredibly funny, and the wildest ride. Highly recommended.

The Siren is OG and it’s pretty good. It’s the first book in a series of like a million books and I just can’t with long series. I do like and recommend The Red and The Rose by her, though. Not super dark but some darkish themes? And really unique!

Suki Williams, Queen of Hearts series is SO GOOD. One of my favorites. There are pov snippets of an unknown person and they do some things that while didn't trigger me, definitely pushed my mental limits. For my this series had a similar feel as The Mind F*ck Series which I also love.

Oh hell, not The Siren! This is the time when I was in my taboo book phase. I still appreciate them especially when they're well written but... my jaded ass just is who she is nowadays 😂 I enjoyed Dark Song Duet - I believe there's 2 books and a 3ed novella. It's Captive in the Dark and... yikes I can't remember the other titles. Any-who, this was an intriguing story. The gist is that it's about a young woman and her very mysterious captor and the love/hate that ensues. It's a mindfuck for sure *Ooh and Comfort Food was another one and this author (Kitty... shit I can't remember! I'm so sorry it's been years!) writes some interesting stuff in general

I highly recommend Seeing Sound (Tasting Madness book 1) by Albany Walker. There's 3 books in this series. It's a reverse harem but with a slight paranormal vibe. Embarrassing but I used to use vagisil body odor powder! I used it because I knew it was a feminine product so I assume it’s safe as far as chemicals. But I sprinkled it in my hand and patted it. 🫣 I love the absorbing aspect plus it was amazing for keeping my hair fresh! Take that advice as you wish. lol. 😆 but super cheap and never damaged my hair!!!
