They should be somewhat empathetic towards the caller, but at the same time their job is simply to send help with as much information as possible as quickly as possible. So if They're interrupting or talking over them, it's just because they need to get answers to certain questions as quickly as they can. They don't have time to let the conversation play out and go the direction the caller wants to go.

His only job is to ensure his clients right to due process. His client has a right to ask for it, so the defense attorney is upholding that right. That's his job. 😂 Everyone has the right to the best defense, and atm, he was innocent. He hadn't been convicted. A defense lawyer is a civil servant. Some lawyers (non-profit/court appointed) don't get to pick their clients. They are court appointed, hence the name. Why would you be annoyed with someone doing their job, doing the right thing?

The only solace in this case is that he will never be free to harm anyone else. It's sad that his life was spared after the devastation that he caused. It's a shame that he has been given the opportunity to live out his days when he snatched the lives of those three precious boys away, an opportunity that he ensured his children would never have. I can only hope that he is shown the same consideration and kindness that he offered to his victims for the rest of his days.

Totally agree. It’s almost as if it’s an inconvenience to the 911 dispatcher- and the call must not be genuine. Had she listened the first time, there would have been no need to ask what she’d already been told. Time wasted! It’s an emergency!
