I would never say that I'm happy that those cheaters up north have won the last 3, but it has made the rivalry more intense. A great rivalry has ebbs and flows. I have definitely love the hatred between the teams recently, it will make beating them this year even sweeter. I do believe that the loss in 2023 was the best thing to happen to Ohio State in a long time though. Without the loss McCord is probably still the QB and with him we would have probably also have beaten Missouri. In turn that means day probably wouldn't have attacked the off season the way he has and what has been possibly the greatest off season in Ohio State history, never happens.

Agreed, I’m older now so just love the rivalry, but everything you’ve said here rings true and I remember first watching “the”game since the days of Bo & Woody. The last three in a row have lit the deserved fire under Days arse and loses do mature a coach,victories do not. GO BUCKS !!!

@kaelobherrmann6884 I believe that's possible, too, especially because Syracuse has a super weak schedule. Do you ever watch/listen to Menace 2 Sports with Zach Smith, the former Ohio State WR coach? If not, it's my favorite Ohio State & CFB show, and he breaks down film, and it confirmed that we were winning games in spite of having McCord, not because of him. He was booty.
