I'm still amazed at what a beat down that was. An Auburn alum acquaintance of mine was very dismissive of Wisconsin when his Tigers were paired with them in the Outback Bowl that season. He was predicting nonsense like the Tigers were going to beat the Badgers by 5 TDs. I still like to remind him that his team lost to a team the Buckeyes beat by 59.

Wisconsin never passed the Ohio State 33 until the games final play.

Crazy to think this ohio state team lost to Virginia tech early that year and everyone cried that we got in and we didnt belong then continue to throttle bama and oregon with our 3rd string qb. What a glorious season😢miss when ohio state was this tough and deep

I’m still pissed off about this game, I was sick as a dog that day and went to take a nap, ended up sleeping till early in the 4th quarter, woke up and saw the score and thought damn I really must be sick I’m delusional seeing things, quickly realized I wasn’t
