Awesome start to your trip. That bridge was super cool. Neat headphones. Don't fall asleep while riding! LOL. More awesome bridges. That was a long section of boardwalk. It would be cool to se the locks still working today. Great history tour and free lunch. Awesome stuff. Have a great day.

Cuyahoga Valley NP is just 20 miles from the start of the trail and it's a beautiful area. Last year I had a one day stopover there. I would love to go back and explore some waterfalls there but at this time my goal was to ride the trail.

Watched this for a second time- the guys at the Mustill Store making lunch are my friends! (Also - the big sewer pipe is still used / Akron bought that land in the valley in the 1920s to get river access for our sewage).

Great guys there at the Mustill Store and I happened to be there at the right time, free food Friday. Good to get some info about that sewer pipe, cool historical landmark. 👍

The Mustill Store is a good place to stop. They had free food Friday and the lady was telling me about the history of that place, a great place to stop. All OTET is great. I would do it again in the future. If you have a chance I highly recommend it. Working on the second day's video as I travel back to Florida.

Thomas, I really enjoyed seeing your adventure through Cleveland, CVNP and Akron. This was a nostalgic ride for me to see. I lived in the middle of Cuyahoga Valley National Park for years and you biked along my favorite destinations on the towpath. It was so fun seeing you roll through all my favorite spots. I actually lived next to Boston Historical Store in the middle of CVNP so I know your route inside and out. You rolled through the little town of Peninsula (my old home town). The town is right off the towpath but I was sad to see you roll through the town without stopping to see the quant town and little shops in Peninsula. My wife and I have ran hundreds of miles on the towpath and we agree with you that it's a beautiful spot especially through CVNP with the river on the side of you. Funny that we live in Florida now and I follow your adventures mainly to learn bike routes in Florida. Welcome to Ohio and I hope you love exploring the 300+ mile adventure from Cleveland to Cincinnati.

Thanks for the long detailed comment and telling your story. It was a beautiful ride and I enjoyed this trail very much. Now I'm on the way back to Florida. Hoping to get the following days videos up as soon as I can edit them. I have another trip coming up at the end of this month. Take care!

Beautiful share, as always. Makes me sad when I see areas trashed so much. I truly wish more humans had more respect.

The city needs to keep up the maintenance there. Akron Riverwalk was nicely built, so much potential there. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.

Early morning sunrise rides are the best! Another great adventure! Hopefully next time you can ride to Toledo and up into Michigan, Driving the west coast of Michigan is beautiful! Great video yet again my friend! Keep the awesome content coming! It is hard to sleep on coach sometimes on Amtrak. Our last overnight in coach I was up until like 3am and was off the train about 3 hours later. So tired.

Less a reflection on the lack of cleaning ( which costs money) than on the local citizenry who drop all that garage in that area of the trail. Sad
