Have you ever had to mask out Ridley frame by frame to make him like 12 times bigger? It's hard work I tell ya'! The editing was so elaborate I had to get the actual Ridley to come to my house for counselling just to pull me through it! I will say though, he's a lovely bloke, I have no idea why the Metroid games make him out to be such a bad guy he had a few drinks and played Connect 4, such a genuinely swell guy to be around. He did destroy my neighbor's house though.
