Yes. John Travolta was a fabulous singer and dancer back in the 70's. He was a huge star. He sings lead on numerous songs in Grease. Grease has an amazing soundtrack and the movie is one of the best movie musicals of all time. It is probably in my top ten movies of all time.

I am glad to see that she appreciates what music is supposed to be. It is a shame that most of today's music does not stack up to previous decades. You would think a new generation would want to be bonded through meaningful and timeless music. I am not sure what lead to the downfall. Where are all the real talented song writers and musical artists? Every now and then I like something new I hear but it is very rare. I usually have a thousand songs I listen to from the 60's, 70's, 80's and even 90's. I will say that India seems to be a well rounded person and maybe even a "old soul" in a young girl's body. I think she is the best on youtube with her reactions because they are so genuine and entertaining. She is a natural at this.

You know I feel really bad for Olivia Newton-John. She has done so much to try and cure cancer but to know that it's came back and she's going to die she is one person who would be truly missed and she gives so much to the cancer hospital that she helped build where you can get mind, body and soul treated in one place and in November they are actually going to sell some of her Grammys and the black outfit on here and a lot more of her things for her cancer Hospital and she chose not to know how long she has to live because she said she's going to live everyday to the fullest until she dies. I think we all know there could never ever be another roll model like her.

Well yes they were lip syncing here but it was their actual voices in the recording. The director talks in a video about how in this specific scene they had someone there off camera to watch for lip syncing match up, and that they sang along with the recording (playing on loud speakers) to make it more convincing visually.
@curtriceennis29245 жыл бұрын
It was really John and Olivia singing that and each song they sang in the movie. All the songs were sung by the people in the movie - Stockard Channing was the one who sang on "There Are Worse Things I Could Do," and, all the girls sang on "Look At Me, I'm Sandra Dee." Now, *THIS* movie is my *ALL-TIME* FAVORITE movie!!! Have watched it *SOOOOOOO MANY TIMES* that while watching it (only,) I can "mouth" or "repeat" *EVERY" word and every song they say and sing!!! If you haven't seen this movie, you need to watch it!!! I went to see it with my family when it first came out in the theaters, and, I went to see the 25th anniversary "re-run" of it at the theater!!! I was sitting there, at the latter, watching it, and, "speaking" and "singing" every line!!! As I said above, I can only do that while watching it - but, it *TRULY IS* my "all-time" favorite movie, and, it *ALWAYS* will be that for me!!! Love your comments!!! Keep. 'em coming, please!!!

I was about 12 at the time and I do remember how much I liked it. Also, Adrienne Barbeau was the one who originally played Rizzo on Broadway. The tough girl in the play and movie. I seem to remember going out to eat with some of the cast members including Adrienne because my bro's ex-wife knew a lot of them from other plays.
