However, when Blck with Vee formed, they were the team that revolutionized the meta and introduced pure macro gameplay. Without them, the scene would probably still be dominated by micro movements

Roam as the Damage dealer has always been a thing. Roam Jawhead and Saber, Roam Eudora, Roam Natalia. I even tried Roam Julian one time and it works.

Well it was never really acknowledged as a Meta thing. Kadita, Novaria, Selena, Saber, Natalia, and recently Helcurt are the ones that have been ruling the Damage-Roam trope. Hopefully as Venus says, Damage Roam can be acknowledged by some way or another.

This is good idea but Vee forgot that aggresive and dive approach is the new strat right now. No hero in either side is safe now. With heroes like Ling, Fanny, Hayabusa, Alpha, Roger, Moskov, Claude in the meta right now, the Roams and Exp laners must prioritize being a 'utility' than ever. Stretching to increase damage for Roam would lessen its facility to enable its team to clash and its survivability. Better maintain and prioritize damage to jungler & gold laner. Not to mention that getting objectives should be more quick hence 'dancing' in turtle/lord is not recommended (becoz its more of clash anyways rather than dance-retri battle). So winning the clash thru effective damage dealing or doing fast turtle and lord is the key. Its even better to explore mid heroes, as they're capable on doing both damage and utility (see heroes like Julian and Valentina). Exp laners are still doing both damage and utility. Nothing to be said on that.

Same set up, zhask is a good roamer. SS is good for skill/spell baiting. 3rd Skill is good for bush checking and invade protection. 1st skill can harass jungler even in a safe distance. Annoying 2nd skill stun.

Roam Damager is not really much used but there are a lot of heroes for that Playstyle like Natalia, Hilda and Selena.. it makes sense with a Tank Jungler same as what Venus said.. only issue is this will focus on Ganks/Pickoffs but will be difficult against Team Fighting Lineups..

Honestly prefer utility meta to assassin meta, its almost impossible to comeback vs a fed ling or roger. Games are very short rarely goes more than 14 mins. Synergy in midgame is irrelevant assassins can 1 combo mage mm. Its really not a good feeling playing mage in this meta, even gold lane is ganked easily rn, exp role is reduced to a meatshield/split pusher can barely zone the enemy hyper with so much damage. Only role hyper role got more fun. Macro is a lot less important than it was, its more on who can press buttons faster

This meta exposes the good mm/mage users from the bad ones. Back in tank meta, mages and mms could play without worrying about getting dove on (hence high kda), allowing room for terrible positioning to work out.

VeeWise impact on ML Community and how ML are being played right now is because of them. Before their dynasty start, everyone is focus on assassin and micro skills only. V33's point is that the current meta is focused on burst jungler (Haya, Ling) paired w utility roam. tank jg + healer roam is struggling to work these days so V33 thought of bringing back damage dealer roamers to compensate for tank jungler's lack of damage. sure it's basic and common knowledge that damage type roamers have been a thing for a long time but they've never been META for a long period or atleast not in pro play. if they do pull this composition off in MPL, they might be able to shake up the meta in a way that both assassin and tank junglers are viable
