the words zews said at the end.. it is so true. the scene built by itself. its organic, its natural, its sustainable. even tho valve is shitting the bed sometimes with updates (revolver i.e.) or with a release of a unfinished game (cs2), the community is still finding a way to make it work somehow. i have to admit, i dont play that much anymore since cs2 came out, just bc of the fact that it is not near as good as csgo was. but im still watching cs and following the esport scene, because for me, its the best esport scene we have.
