I'm 68 and I just discovered her after watching her in the film Stargirl. What a fresh but mature delivery! Whoever is helping her develop her craft made a great decision about the accompaniment. What they are doing is very sophisticated and light, allowing her voice to be the primary instrument. Had they pushed her to be a mere pop star, they would have done her voice a grave injustice.
