Asian chives (I used spring onion)
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
4 cloves of minced garlic
2cm of ginger
150g of hot pepper flakes (gochugaru)
2 tbsps of cane sugar
3 tbsps of fish sauce
1 tbsp of salt
5 tbsps of water
sesame seeds
