What's the best material for a flange gasket I can't get one for my burner just used cardboard. No grommet for the wires a bit bad tons of vibration easily cut the insulation just make the cut-out a foldable piece in the Press over itself. Can't see where the air comes in

I don't like the way the motor cord is just stuffed inside the junction box. It should have say a tyrap or something around the jacket to prevent the cord from being pulled out with the wires then exposed. Same goes for for the oil valve.
