I came upon this video in my feed, and I'm so glad I did❤ So I do super painful physio for 30minutes in every 2hours all waking hours due to being savagely attacked by a large dog 7weeks ago,, it resulted in excessive reconstructive plastic surgery on my arm and hand. Also I have worsening terrifying PTSD from the attack, I do my physio exercises with my eyes closed, and with this wonderful soothing video playing I was so calm and chilled and I felt like I was detached from the pain it causes. Also I had a horrible head moment a short while before and your voice helped my head feel much more peaceful. Thank you so much for being a real remedy in my difficult time 🥰 Sam x

💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 I hope you’re doing well. I’m tired out and sore right now, I did some shopping earlier this morning, and I was even able to get some plants. And a couple nights ago, our new kitten arrived. A close family friend from downstate gave him to us. His name is Mickey, he’s only around 10 weeks old, and already has been getting into mischief, lol. But he’s so flipping cute and tiny. I posted a collage of photos of him yesterday on Instagram. Minnie’s still not too sure of him yet, but hopefully in time she’ll tolerate him more. Anyway, thank you so much for another lovely video Emma, you truly are the best!
