Oil Free Crispy Fried Shallot
Here is another painless recipe for you, Guys …
This is a must have menu in my home, it’s used to be prepared by my Mother-in-law, but this time it is her daughter-in-law who steps up in her role.
Alhamdulillah, thank God for I have learned how to properly fry shallots with crunchy results and not burnt with the experts. So, this time I got it successfully right without fail in the first attempt.
This one wouldn’t be easily become soft in texture as long as it’s kept safe and tight in a container. Moreover, it can be even more durable if you follow the tips for removing the oil, its shelf-life is near infinite, I guess :D.
Ingredients for Crispy Fried Shallot without Flour
* 1 Kg Shallot.
* 3 tbsp White vinegar.
* 2 tsp Fine salt.
Ingredients for Crispy Fried Shallot with Flour
* 1 kg of Shallot.
* 3 tablespoons of Kitchen vinegar.
* 2 tsp Broth powder.
* 8 tablespoons cornstarch or rice flour, or a mixture of the two is also fine.
