Dear! I think the purpose of JOP is to provide oil for the formation hydrostatic film between shaft & bearing's pedestal so that shaft can float on that oil's film. And on shaft high speed like more than 10% rated speed, that hydrostatic oil film becomes self sustain, so more operation of JOP is required at that speed..that's all from my side....you're doing good job,keep it up bro

And formation of this hydrostatic oil film is necessary to easily rotate the shaft. Without this oil film (provided by JOP) you won't be able to rotate a heavy shaft of turbine

If it lifts turbine as name jacking oil pump, if it lifts then here will be play in case of bearing, point is why oil not leaks through play while it flow to make lifting of turbine by jet.

Sir,Please clear some doubts. 1)EOT oil comes down by gravity through NRV in emergency.It means if turbine is at standstill condition then EOT will be always empty.we will have to fill EOT always through QFV. 2) sir as you explained jop oil is used to lift turbine rotor ,but we use this oil to lift alternator rotor.

1) yes dear standstill condition overspeed tank is always empty conditions. 2) dear trash line once because if only generator rotor lifted and Turbine Rotor at rest condition, due to their heavy weight may be damage the bearings of Turbine so must be provide oil of JOP in both side.

As per my experience, Graphenizer-4 oil (made with Graphene) can take the Turbine lube oil system to the next level for sure. a.) It forms a micro-film coat layer of Graphene like a shield inside the turbines that controls friction, wear & tear and prevents rust and Corrosion. b.) It Increases efficiency on metal-to-metal surfaces & other internal moving parts, including bearings, shafts and gears, with powerful Graphene Lubrication. c.) It reduces the load drastically & extends the lifespan of turbine components. d.) It reduces overheating up to 60%, maintains oil viscosity, which can interfere with proper lubrication & cooling. e.) It stops oil top-ups and minimises frequent oil change downtime. f.) It reduces excessive noise and smooths out the operation. g.) It avoids unscheduled downtime & eliminates the risk of Catastrophic failures. h.) It increases rotational freedom & the turbine achieves up to 20% higher speed. i.)
