Man, I can't believe how good Oingo Boingo was/is live. Thanks for another great video of Danny Elfman's misunderstood band. I was one of those people who just figured Elfman took the easy road and became a movie soundtrack man put to good use for Tim Burton movies ... and The Simpson's theme. I just recently (2024) saw the US Festival performance from 1983 (on KZbin) and my jaw dropped at what I had avoided listening to at any serious level for decades. The energy is amazing. The sound is just as good -- if not better -- than Oingo Boingo studio albums.
