OJ Simpson Deposition - (Day 3) Jan 24th 1996 - Part 3/5

Rarely-seen footage, this is the third day of O.J. Simpson's five-day deposition in the civil lawsuit brought against him by the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.
This is the first time Simpson has answered questions under oath about his activities just before, during and after the murders.
Note: O.J. Simpson was deposed for the originally scheduled five days between Jan 22-Jan 26, 1996. One month later he was recalled & deposed for 4 more days (Feb 22-23 & Feb 26-27, 1996). In total, O.J. Simpson's deposition took 9 days.

Lets see how many things OJ has in common with the "real killer" 1. The shoes, Bruno Magli shoes only 300 pairs sold in the USA, and OJ & the killer both had a pair. 2. The killer and OJ both wore them on June 12, the picture with Sydney at the re ital shows him in them, but were never found after. 3. Both the killer and OJ wore a size 12. 4. No the the killer and OJ were cut on their left hand. 5. Both the killer and OJ owed the Aris gloves, 5. Both the killer and OJ got in OJ Ford Bronco. 6. The killer has the same DNA as OJ . 7. The fibers that were found on Ron Goldman were the same as fibers found in OJ's Broncos. So my conclusion is, blood was at OJ's house in driveway and bronco, before OJ came home from Chicago, not one cop knew OJ had cut his left hand, before he got home, but they knew the killer had cut their left hand. The blood on his property was never disputed, the blood leaving Nicoles next to bloody foot prints, was never disputed, meaning no one said that was planted there was no EDTA found in that blood, which means OJ must have an identical twin. I'm sure he is astounded by the amount people who have eyes but can't see. His lies are so obvious and ridiculous that its shameful,. I know African Americans have been and some still are not treated fairly, I get it, and that's is 100% wrong, BUT HE IS STILL 100% GUILTY. I love that every year they bring up the murders of Ron & Nicole because for the rest of his life he can live it as a fraud, and his life pretty much ended when he took their lives. All the new generation knows when they hear OJ Simpson, is he's the guy that killed those 2 people. Karma got him and we all got to watch. I do feel bad for him, because he never got his anger under control and as a result 2 people are dead. His children lost the most precious thing of all, a mothers love. Sad for all parties involved.

Interesting fact for you- the Bruno Magli stat is correct, however, the soles of those shoes were also used in numerous different types of shoes. Hundreds of thousands of pairs of them sold in the USA.

Taking a girl at 18 years old, marrying and having kids, is a sign he needed someone that was inferior to his ability to dominate and control. What the plaintiff’s attorney is doing is boxing in the witness to limit his testimony. In the weeks before trial the plaintiff’s attorney will file a motion limiting OJ’s testimony to his testimony in deposition. This preclusion will prevent the witness from providing testimony that otherwise at trial there will be an objection and the testimony would be stricken from the record and the jury cannot use it in deliberation. All of the I do not recall answers, the plaintiff lawyers have other testimony and documents to prove the facts they are asking OJ. So if OJ comes back later trying to refute the evidence it will not be allowed into evidence and the evidence provided by plaintiffs will stand. It is not a surprise OJ lost this case. The defense strategy was weak at best.

He said he bled before he left for Chicago getting his phone from the Bronco. He was still playing golf when these depositions were taken....he doesn’t have any cuts on his hands now. He also hid his hands as they were entering these pictures into evidence lol. I’m sure it was subconsciously, but he did it...pardon the pun. Edit...oh..no...he says he was thinking it was the little cut on his finger. I can’t keep up with the inconsistencies, seriously. No wonder his defence team in the criminal trial wouldn’t let him testify lol.

They wouldn't cause in a murder case u just don't put the accused on the stand and open him up to cross examination cause as a lawyer u don't make a play when u don't know the outcome. Second as I watch this I look down at my right hand where I have 2 cuts and a spot or bruise and I have absolutely no idea how it happened or when. That does not equate to murder. I'm not even very active these days so I got no clue how it happened. I'm not saying O.J. didn't do it but there is still unanswered questions. Including a judge sealing records that Nicole had connections with a man who had been arrested later that same year for being a serial killer. Also the original medical examanor in 94' for the state said it was a left handed killer on some areas and right handed on others and most likely 2 ppl were there. Well the State didn't like that so they fired him and went with a guy who fit the narritive they wanted, a lone murderer. I'm not saying he did or didn't but the 100% truth we may never know.

Not disagreeing-I agree he is guilty. You list the cut to his finger as being bone deep. How did no one notice him-the limo driver, the skycap, the airport witnesses, stewardesses, etc. having a terrible deep wound. Without stitching it would continue to bleed and bleed and he would’ve had to seriously bandage it and would not have normal use of his hand. How did he carry his bag and shake hands with people? How wouldn’t he have needed paper towels or some other absorbent material to soak the blood?

To be honest, when I listen to the closing arguments in the criminal trial, I find it unethical that we are there to litigate a double homicide and 90% of the defense’s closing was putting the LAPD on trial. He dropped blood at the crime scene, in his truck, and in his house. The cops had already taken photos of it all before he came back from Chicago. His excuse that the cops planted it doesn't make sense. They hadn't drawn his blood yet, since they didn't even draw it until 130 on the 13th. The photos were taken before he got back to LA. He's guilty. He was found not guilty because the 90% black jury wanted to get him off because of Rodney King. They said so in interviews.
