I was kind of surprised that Darden never asked Heidstra if he's familiar with OJ's voice and whether or not he could rule out OJ as the second voice arguing with Goldman. Then the second voice which was talking real fast said words to the effect of "See what you made me do??!!! This is all your fault!" before stabbing him to death. @@Romulan2469 I understand what you are trying to say. And I think that in an earlier statement Heidstra indeed might have said that the second voice sounded like a black man. But I think Heidstra is mostly telling the truth. In comparison to Rosa Lopez who was obviously bribed by the defense. Please excuse if there are mistakes in my English, but it is not my native language (I am German).

@Romulan24694 жыл бұрын
Heidstra was lying through his teeth about what he said to Patricia Beret. Based on his obvious lying on the stand, I think the rest of his testimony about the time of the barking dogs, "hey, hey, hey", two voices, white sports utility vehicle sighting etc could be suspect as well. I'm actually surprised neither the prosecution nor the defense called a more credible witness such as Tom Lang (not LAPD detective Tom Lange) to the stand to testify as to what he saw as he clearly saw more than Heidstra claimed to see and hear. Apparently Lang was walking his dog at 10:15 when he saw ahead of him, on the sidewalk of Bundy in front of Nicole's place, a blonde woman in a white robe (presumably Nicole), and there was a white Bronco at the curb. The woman was either embracing a black man or in an angry confrontation with him. There were several other men present. Lang took his dog and went another way, so he would not pass close to this group.

Romulan2469 what happened to the ”white robe” haven't seen or heard testimony about a white robe being found.
@Romulan24694 жыл бұрын
@@michaeldavis2021 Neither have I. I honestly think neither side investigated Lang's observations in any great detail. It's possible that robe was in her closet somewhere but nobody paid much attention to it as she died in her black dress. It's possible that Nicole had two confrontations with OJ that night, the first being at the front of the house when she had the white robe on and this possibly was the non fatal encounter that Lang saw, then later when he went to spy on her and found Ron Goldman and then the murders took place. OJ was known to stalk his ex wife regularly.
@michaeldavis20214 жыл бұрын
Romulan2469 I don't know if I can put Ron Goldman there while Nicole is alive. He (OJ) would have had to fight them both 2 younger persons than himself and with Ron’s martial arts experience that would of been a task for a 46yo man with bad knees. No I think if Simpson did it Nicole or Ron had to die first. It could of been OJ came upon Ron first and killed him and Nicole comes out and OJ is seen and then she may have tried to get back in house to call police and OJ had to kill her. Either way I don't think he took both of them simultaneously I think he doesn't prevail that scenario.

Darden was such a horrible prosecutor. This mad should have been a prosecution witness but Marcia Clark and Chris Darden were so stupid they believed anyone who had any interested in selling a sorry can’t be called. Wrong, these people were all common folks who needed money, doesn’t make their testimony any less credible because they needed to eat too

Then OJ (who was in the BUFF after ditching the bloody clothes) said "go let the limo driver in and distract him from sering me as I go in the house". Kato had no clue why (yet).
