Flat tires, mechanical troubles, and a big rock all come into play at the Ojibwe Forest Rally in Minnesota. This is cool and all and I can appreciate it. But if Subaru doesn’t get back into the WRC with an ICE powered car dependent on the rules, the brand as far as rally goes is cooked. Dominating the American series year after year only gets you so far.
