4:45 the flute sound, heartbreaking and drop tears. Why? I was a teenager when a good friend of my gave me this cassette for a few days, but when I was able to return them, his dad's told that he was murdered by gangs. And now I play this game in honor of his memory and it's my favorite game maybe forever will be. But the flute sound was very heartbreaking.

This just makes me proud being a long-time star fox fan. I thank star fox for being one of the series to help me cope and ignore my family fighting everytime. Playing the Star fox games still helps me alot by distracting me from my now broken family and loneliness to this day. Thank you Star Fox team and the ones behind the game for entering my life, for this i will continue living and achieve my dreams by never giving up and trusting my instincts.

First played it when I was 19, now I am 38. It is an inspiration, because you never give up and give it your all! I have autism, but this franchise inspired me to fight harder when things got harder. I still get teary eyes, because I remember that 19 year old kid, with all his hopes and dreams. It hasn't been the path I expected after graduating from college, at 30, but like Fox McCloud, I will make my own path and leave a legacy that will make everyone proud.

I really wish that in the original game, when it shows the Great Fox flying in the background, you could see James' ghost ship too. Already as is, the music is kind of emotional. Having James fly by too would almost be symbolic.
