Marina your the best DT channel out there,and it's not because of DT,it's because you have a ginormous heart❤,Also I wanted to tell you 7 Yrs. I fell down a flight of stairs,and broke both my ankles ,so bad I was hospitalized almost 2 years, I finally changed doctors,and to make a long story shirt ,I found out I was allergic to the metal in my ankles,I had it removed, then had to learn how to walk all over against I'll have pain due to nerve damage, Well I gained at least 70 lbs. Because of no exercise, and fing comfort in food,I started Keto 3 yrs. ago and thew out all sugar and processed foods, In the first 5 months I lost 50 lbs. I use monk fruit sweetener,if I need to,am now back to my goal weight, You doing a fantastic job,And know your loved ❤🙏❤️

I'm so sorry for what you've been going through. I know how you feel being going through what you're going through. I was diagnosed with being a diabetic in 2020. So there for I had to change my diet also with the carbs and sugar. It's hard, but I'm trying my best not to be on insulin. So far, I'm doing good with the metformin. I came across your channel at the end of November, and I've been following your blog and things since then. I've enjoyed getting to know you. I hope we all can support you in every way possible. I went through the empty nest syndrome when my son graduated high school. But I didn't have anyone to help me with it so there for I went into a mental breakdown. That was in 2011. He graduated in 2009. I finally got the help I needed last year.

I have been sick the past few weeks and have not been able to be on KZbin everyday as I use to be. I’m trying to catch up on everyone’s videos now. I remember working at a Bank and having such a bad day (more like a year) thinking WTH am I doing?
