Hi Owami, you have previously mentioned that you have Iron Deficiency, most of the time people with Iron Deficiency have a compromised stomach lining. Which leads to difficulty absorbing vitamins from food. Coupled with the fact that most people do not spend time outdoors anymore, most people are vitamin D deficient. So i would suggest getting your vitamin D levels checked. Its important for most people to supplement with vitamin D, vitamin D3 particularly and also take magnesium glycinate.. low vitamin D can really have a negative impact on ones energy levels and find yourself feeling down without understanding why you are down. Look after yourself and stay blessed.
