In middle school, they taught us a song that listed all the states form left to right to help us remember where they are and the names (much catchier than the song about state capitals), so I still have them all cemented into my memory. My only issue is that I write in cursive (meaning particularly NOT fast-I don’t care what anybody tells you, cursive is slower than print. I’ve used it for years. Still slower) so if I had to WRITE the states down in six minutes, I’d be screwed. Have me just say them and I’d sing the song easy peasy 👌
