Just started playing Okami and got to this 1st scene and had a giant revelation that this scene inspired cleansing the holy grounds in Prince of Persia 2008, which is one of my favourite games of all times, this is just crazy i love it

I remember playing this for the first time and not knowing a thing about it and thinking the game was already over after fighting orochi for the first time. Then… nope. This is a long ass but very incredible game. Gorgeous, and good for getting your emotions up and doing voices if that’s your thing
