This video was supposed to be released on February 24, 2022, but on that day russian fascists started a war against a peaceful free Ukraine, and it was truly not the best time to release new recipes.
We are relatively safe now, so we think it's time to get back to work, and although the war is still going on, people still cook, and people still cook vegan.
This recipe helped us a lot in the most unpleasant period when there were problems with supplies in stores. Of course, there was no tofu in stores (usually we make tofu cheesecakes according to this recipe: • Идеи для завтрака. Сыр... ), and inexpensive plant-based milk also vanished very quickly. We had a good supply of soybeans, so we made homemade soy milk (according to this recipe: • Домашнее соевое молоко... ), and made syrniki from the remaining soybean pulp (okara).

Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract
Coconut oil - 1.5 tbsp.
Raisins - 25 g
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
Flour - 4 tbsp.
Soy milk - 50 g (or any other plant milk)
