I'll say this now, don't worry, I personally didn't feel spoiled. So much stuff was out of context that I genuinely cant just piece everything together. From your perspective, its a lot easier since you KNOW ME3 already. But for me who doesn't I perceive what was shown in a different way. So much to the point I think there are numerous comments on THIS video that spoil me MUCH more than either of these trailers did. I have one suggestion for you going into ME3. Think of the whole game as the ending and not the final few minutes. The whole game is a culmination of your decisions and not the end. A lot of people get that confused and hate the last few minutes as if the game wasn't what it was.

Well it was because ME3 was rushed in development and many story plots and subplots had to be abandoned and also EA being greedy and not caring pushed it to make a buck on fan anticipation for the ending of the series and it just made people mad because the game wasn’t how it was meant to be

Another thing I wanted to say about Andromeda, my best advice is to just try to ignore what people say about it. The more you ignore, the better. Everybody has their own strong opinions on it and the less your perception is littered with their opinions, the better. I'm speaking from experience because I made the mistake of listening to people and then when I decided to give it a chance of my own, I was massively surprised.

Dude, I can't wait! This playthrough is gonna be awesome, like the previous ones! As of helpful, non-spoiler, tips, here's the following: Take your time with the character creator after transferring your save file, it's at its best in ME 3 and you can make your Shepard look just as perfect as you want! (Engineer and Vanguard are the fandom's favorite classes, you're gonna love both!) As for missions, I recommend starting with Grissom Academy or Priority Eden Prime. From there, the game opens up massively. (Remember to visit the hubs frequently for dialogue and sidequests) I recommend the video Mass Effect 3 Complete Scanning Guide by GTAVLoclock if you ever need help with the Galaxy map, it's really important for this game. And quick note to keep in mind: Remember Saren and how his dialogue with Shepard throughout the game affected his boss fight? Same thing here, so keep your eyes open in certain moments of the story. Besides this, have at it and have a blast! We'll be here with you through and through this journey!

Classes: I think during ME2 you said you'd like to try out a class which has its own combat drones. If I remember correctly, the class you're looking for is Engineer. Double-check the descriptions when you get there, but I'm pretty sure that's the one which enables you to use drones and turrets. (Not making a recommendation, either way. Just picking up on something you said earlier.)

Some friendly non-spoiler advice. The fact that you played the Arrival DLC last was the right call because it bridges the gap between ME2 and ME3. So I would assume that you care a lot for proper story immersion. Based on that I would like to offer you some guidance on ME3's DLC's because based on when you play them can result in a very disjointed immersion breaking experience which I would hate if it happened to you on your first playthrough. So to clarify this in a non-spoiler way. ME3 has 3 major and 1 minor story DLC's. - From Ashes ( shows up as Priority: Eden Prime ) I would play this as soon as possible but the best placement is after a mission called Priority: Palavan - Omega ( shows up as Citadel: Aria T'loak ) This DLC is best played DIRECTLY after the mission Priority: Citadel II. Also once you start the second mission in this DLC you'll be locked in until the end of the DLC. You cannot do other missions in between but normally you also wouldn't want to for best story immersion. - Leviathan ( shows up as Dr. Bryson's Lab ) This is arguably the most important DLC out of all 4. Unlike Omega this DLC doesn't lock you in and you can play it in pieces but it results in a VERY disjointed story immersion. I do know that this DLC takes place a few weeks after the start of ME3. It is best played after the mission Priority: Thessia - Citadel ( Shows up as Citadel: Shore Leave ) For a lot of people this is best DLC. But in terms of story placement it's also the most problematic. Just like Omega it's also best played after Priority: Citadel II for story reasons because there is a connective thread *BUT* it is *HIGHLY* advised you wait and play this after the mission Priority: Horizon for reasons I cannot spoil. Just know that if you play it too soon you'll miss out on certain things. I've played through the trilogy multiple times and I still think that this is the best original science fiction story in videogames. And because I enjoy story immersion so much I've dug deep into finding out what the right placement in for all these DLC. Ultimately though it's up to you and you can completely ignore this advice if you want to play it differently.

As to a possible class, I found Engineer extremely fun, and uniquely useful at certain times during the game. To avoid spoilers, here's a question to answer one of your questions. If Wrex died in ME1 on Virmire, who do you think would be sitting in the throne on Tuchanka in ME2 instead of Wrex? 😉 That's something fun to keep in mind if you ever feel like replaying the trilogy again someday. ME2/3 play somewhat differently if certain squad members are deceased. Certain interactions will never occur unless you drastically change the past.

*SPOILER ALERT* Engineer til i die, Man... I find it by far the most satisfying for playing tactically... You get the drone, plus a sentry turret. I'll come back to them shortly... They are your two best friends... Other powers are, incinerate, overload, cryo blast, sabotage, a throwback from ME1 which will both overheat enemy weapons and/or hack enemy turrets and mechs. I usually take a biotic power for my bonus power to give me biotic combos.... I'm a favourite of Reave... The drone and sentry turret, when fully upgraded will turn you into a one man effing army! You can absolutely dominate pretty much any battlefield... Note, the upgrade system in ME3 is somewhat more flexible than previously so you have a wider range of options.... I've many, many thousands of hours in Mass Effect... Just love the combat... Only ever play on insanity... You were waxing lyrical a few episodes back about an "enhanced" mattock.... There is a fully automatic version available. The Cerberus Harrier. It's horrendously expensive. I does around 20% less damage than the Mattock.... However! Think of it as the bastard love child of the Mattock and the Locust!! With a decent scope on, and upgraded it's very stable and accurate. You can tap off single rounds, I'm a fan of three round bursts... It's a beast! Enjoy ME3!!
