It's mind boggling to think of how much African Music has influenced music in the Americas.

When I saw the title of the video, what came to mind was a doctor telling flylo that the test results were in: "The DNA test has revealed that you are in fact African" or something, and than flylo being totally shocked. "You mean...I'm BLACK??" It was really funny in my head

Realize that those countries' borders didn't even exist 200 years ago... At the time his ancestors were taken as slaves there might not have been any entity named "Cameroon." Tribal ancestry is more important anyway, all of those tribes moved around the continent anyway.

but is not the same like african ancestry that you just saw on the video the test you saw is from african ancestor and it cost $300 plus it is more accurate and it tells you the exact tribe and the place you are from.

Genetics has nothing to do with this, just your influence growing up and skills you acquire. It's cool to find out about your history, but saying he is just genetically bred to be a good artist is kind of ignorant.
@ladymsthing60565 жыл бұрын
TheGoodChap this is true. African Americans are a blended ethnic group of European and Native blood and cultural influences as well. I don’t like when people overlook the fact that we created our totally own thing such as the hip hop, blues, rock, funk, disco, house, etc.
