I'm like a year older than FlyLo and it's crazy seeing how similar we are, generationally. I loved anime when I was a kid, I remember watching liquid television and waking up early AF to try and record the entirety of Vampire Hunter D. I resonate with his music quite a bit, and you better believe I picked up the Yasuke vinyl (hmu if anyone has the Captain Murphy - Duality vinyl fs lmao.) Dumbfoundead is a killer host, always knows how to keep the convo going and throw out props respectfully. No one thinks as conceptually as he does, that perception to see Wu Tang + Kung Fu flicks / next gen love for anime was a revelation for sure.
