Honestly you won't like Gluee unless you're a big fan of them and you actually listen to Bladee in your free time outside of these reactions. I love Gluee, it's in my top three favorite albums by him, but it was made super early in his career - as it's his first mixtape. It's really low quality, some of the mxing is harsh, and the vocals aren't easy on the ears upon first listen. But at the same time, the lyrics contain some fo the best imagery in his discosgraphy, the production is great (for it's niche-ness), and after you get used to it the "negative" traits I spoke about, really begin to add charm to the mixtape. The reason people say you're not "drained enough" is only because you haven't been listening to them for a while, which is fine, though you'll probably listen to Gluee and simply not like it. My personal opinion, if you want to listen to Gluee, do it, but let the other projects sit in with you and relisten to some stuff you've already heard, then once the quirks in the music become charm, listen to Gluee... or you could just listen to it ASAP for the views lol ;) Either way, when you do listen to it, keep my comment in mind! It'll help you, and I recommend going to Genius for the lyrics.

Loved Gluee on my first listen back than, idk always loved the sound of autotune from when I was young from hearing Kanye and T Pain plus I also like lofi type of stuff so this dreamy album got me hooked first listen, it's kinda sad Bladee abandoned this and a bunch of his other styles in the 2010s but it's ight still fw him and the newer sounds he puts out, ps sorry for the long ahh comment

In first crush I think the first stanza is about bladee not feeling like enough of a person or something and maybe comparing himself to someone else and i think the comparison the be like you real like you stuff is about him not feeling like alive depression can often feel like youre not fully alive, or not experiencing life in the same way as others, theres a certain gray feeling that you have and emotion is almost not there just a tinge of sadness and dread which bladee has often reflected on in his music for the in your skin me and you line i have two theorys one is that this is a semi sus way of saying he wants to live vicariously through whoever he is comparing himself to This would probably be another guy he thinks is cooler than him or something but idk if feels like something is missing.
