i wouldn't call it "hyper-specific"; there is an archetype for it. i don't really have a name for it, but i find that this type of characterisation of older sibling is usually used either when they're the designated 'golden child' of the family, or when parents aren't around for whatever reason (often at work, straight-up neglect, death, etc.) and the older sibling has to step up as a pseudo-parent sort of deal.
