All of Japan are in the same time zone (GMT +9), from Hokkaido all the way to Okinawa. Japan doesn't have daylight saving as well so it can get a little weird in winter as it gets dark around 5pm.

moving? Ina's currently not moving to Japan. From what I understand, she has no plan to move to Japan. Her Visa Issue beforehand is work related, she could still stay and travel around in Japan, just not work, so she couldn't stream/post and need her manager to do it. She just returned to her country, everything is back to normal again.

My general understanding of the situation: Ina is a Canadian citizen, as far as we know. Cover messed up the paperwork for her work visa. This means that while she can still go to Japan as a visitor/traveler/vacationer, she CAN NOT legally do any activities that make money/earn income FROM A JAPANESE EMPLOYER while in Japan, nor can she rent a place to live, buy property, etc.
