Спасибо за урок, есть над чем подумать. Вроде такой простой эта тема казалась) Как же отличается порой логика построения предложений в русском и английском. "They elected her president", какя-то белиберда для русскоязычного человека после изучения правил построения английских предложений, будто выдернули важное слово и артикль из предложения. Так и напрашивается словечко as перед president, и ещё артикль добавить нужный. "He explained me the problem" а вот так зато нелзья сказать оказывается, хотя настолько логично и лаконично для нашего уха это звучит.

Да, к сожалению, эти вещи нужно только отработать до автоматизма. Логика иногда существенно отличается.

So curious!...🤔🤔🤔 I'm OK now, we're already close to the final several races and then our race season will be *_wrapped up_* (finished completely) To my deepest bitter disappointment, I didn't manage to win the tenth (for me personally, I already have nine ones) Champion World Title this year😞😞😢, it's owing to my car didn't allow me to do it at last!😠😠 I was so trying, I was doing all my best for that though!.. All of that has turned out to be *_in over my head_* (means a super complex, really impossible, such an undoable task for someone to perform) Only later did I realize that I needn't have anticipated and guessed whether I would win the championship or maybe wouldn't do... Winning a race season of this year was *_no bed of roses_* (a difficult performance or another kind of hard activity) for me!..Overall, I won thirteen qualifications and sixteen races in this season, my teammate couldn't do even a half of this result by himself! That's definitely a shame for me but otherwise, I'm not blaming myself on my failure, it's our team's total fault. Nonetheless, we're going on carrying out hardly and continue to build the race cars for the next season, we can't faint actually, we must go forward, again and again so that to *_bring home a more bacon_* (...hmm, Elena what kind of idiom did you see here? yes, *_to_* *_bring home a bacon_* just means to earn more money, keep trying to make as much money as it's really in fact) Memorize it? I also wanna teach you a useful daily vocabulary! Thanks Elena one more time! Елена Викторовна, добрый день! Самый первый пример в D, разве мы не можем перевести здесь look after во втором значении, не следить, а "присматривать за кем-то"? Тогда получим "Элла присматривала за ним" и "Он был под присмотром Эллы"- вот и пассив, разве нет?
