Texas offense is scoring more points, almost perfect in red zone, and 51% on third down. They are considerably better than last year with a older quarter back

Gotta beat them how vandy beat bama. We need to chew clock, move the chains, be opportunistic on defense. We have to have turnovers. If we can get a score on defense and continue to progress offensively, we could win. We’ll need 2-3 turnovers and a defensive score. Hawkins will have to be lights out and continue to take care of the ball. Defense will need the day of their lives. We have to lock down the run and force them to push the ball deep. If we can make them drop back and pass, our pass rush should be able to have a day.

Texas is a polished offense. Tennessee is figuring things out but very talented. I think Woody playing hurt, hurt our defense the last couple games. Every big play down field, it's usually number 5 that pops up on screen as the guy who got beat. We improve that position, those big plays are mitigated.

Am I the only one that witnessed our defense get dominated by Auburn? I realize they didn't score a lot, but OU gave up a lot of yardage. Basically, the defense isn't elite enough to carry the dreadful offense to a victory. If the offense can't get double the 1st downs they got against Auburn, OU will lose. The defense shouldn't be on the field that much.

Stutsman was banged up which makes a huge difference, and we get Dasan McCullough back somaybe those two things will help. Offense has to help the defense better than it has to this point though. I sure wish we could run the ball, because it would help immensely in this one.

With Vanderbilt beating Alabama there one thing I observed, Vandy offensive line took it to Alabama's 4 and 5 star defensive line. Do mean to tell me Oklahoma can not take it to Texas for 4 quarters. Oklahoma is a name brand team. I believe this is a Seth luttrel issue, not a vennables issue. If you watch the games, the playcalling is the worst ive seen. And it puts the players in bad situations. Also all 5 receivers are out which absolutely changes things in a HUGE way and people need to not downplay it.
