I think he might be the best HC in the NBA. If not he's not far off. The guy in Miami is very good too. I don't think he gets enough credit. You can have talent, but you can lose if you can't get that talent to play up to that talent. He seems to get the most out of OKC talent. Whatever they are paying him it's not enough. He was a why hire him hire back in the day. And I think it sort of was. Just put a guy in charge to lose for a few years until the talent is worth paying a good HC for. For OKC it couldn't have turned out better. He was a hidden gem.

okc is overrated just like Houston, has a lot to do with how the refs are calling games. Eventually NBA refs will change up and start calling these handchecks and what not and both these teams will dwindle.
