I feel like the perk would be more useful if it only activates after you get out of the hiding spot. The getting out of the hiding spot animation alone wastes 5seconds of your ability.

It's better if it activates at the start of the animation, so if someone on the family side pulls you out, you take less damage. They should definitely make it 5 seconds longer though to account for that.

The worst part about being a well built Leland and messing with the family is when fellow victims don’t use the precious opportunities of you distracting family members to actually do anything. Still always funny to mess around with the family. Love the content. Keep it up.

I feel that problem with Ana as well! as a solo player I'm constantly communicating telling them what's going on as well and I'm BEGGING for information but the lack of Comms kills me 9/10 times. i gotta get better at no comm team work I think, when I play Connie I unlock as MUCH AS I CAN and exit hastily hoping I've done my part but I swear that no one else does this when they play Connie 🤣

The perk does say when leaving a hiding spot.. I think either exiting or the stun burst are both faster than getting pulled out when leaving a hiding spot.

its a perk called punishment. At level 3 it does 50 points of damage on top of the damage you normally do when taking someone out of a hideout. So its basically the perfect counter* to this build/gameplay.

@@Id_have_all_birds_in_zoos yes its a very high, risk high reward perk. Both of which are good on bubba. Punishment is good for high skill level victims as they use hiding spots as a way to waste the bubbas time in the basement stage of the game. Rubber boots being a fun niche perk to get cocky victims. It's fun to run these niche perks every once in a while to change up how you play.

I think it’s better to burst out then to let family pull you out because the timer for the perk starts as they begin to pull you out so there’s only like 3 actual seconds of that damage reduction

I remembered in a previous video where Leland went to hide in a cooler despite obviously being seen. It seems like he equiped this perk. The second game was stressful because despite you being chased by two killers constantly; somehow the others didn't escape. I dont remember Hitchhiker actively chasing Middi but his trap placements were great and instrumental to Leland's death. 😮

That shed you were looping hitch at is an infinite vs 1 killer. No matter who it is as long as that crawl space is open. And it takes SO long for another killer to run all the way there to get you just for you to jump down well anyway 😂 biggest timewaste in the game
