Wanted to talk about why having strength is going to matter if you're trying to grapple in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and you might want to play it more safe or if you're curious to know how many points you need to put into it then i'll be discussing my thoughts on it

I have noticed that I lose so much with my strength at 35 but only lose at 36 if I have low health. So 36 is my sweet spot for most victims. Everyone else I just max them out at 50. So my advice is adjust your strength to 50, 36, or leave it low.

honestly ya know connie gets agitator as one of the 3 who can...i mean the two lads do it better but its kinda a clutch thing to have to be able to swap to if you can just smell the harvesting off the team....also ive been loving maria's uh diet and back for blood combo,, not only do i reduce how much they feed, but if they just barely have him at lvl 2 then with back for blood it technically drops to 0 but at worst 70-90 blood remains and they can get a level back fairly quick, but if you are returning often for sweets & stabs it adds up fast when you have it lvl 3

Honestly forgot how good of a character Virginia is for anti-grandpa purposes. Maria with Back For Blood Bomb Squad and Connie with Agitator Bomb Squad are also good alternatives, but Virginia flat out just stops the leveling completely without even needing to step in traps. . . I might need to try this ASAP lol.

Strength only effects sneak attack stuns. It has zero effect on grapple stuns. Imo strength just isn't worth the investment.

If there is a sissy or cook (someone who can have a high blood build or a family member who slows the game down) I always put agitator on, it's a must for those longer games and pretty fun to annoy the family.

Yeah it’s always random I’ve noticed, you never know if anyone’s running a blood build and in my experience when you have a perk on like agi they never feed them!! Handy when they do though

yeaah ngl strength is weird, for the most part its just more than cutting gen kick off in half, and then your starting point value for the grapple being 15-50 out of the 100 needed to win...it really needs to be revisited bc there are a few low hp perks that are so fucking useless is hysterical..like with the changes made they fell from bad to literal gonna get you killed status. for those who dont know the grapple mini game is x amount of taps multiplied by a health % value scaling your taps from 1.5 points to 3, otw grappler can add 50% your value per tap up to 3.5 making the default 40 Leland and grappler impossible to win against mh also should state your strength is directly added as your starting point in each fight meaning any of the lelands always have 1/3 of the fight's total points just bc its 40 strength, also meaning at 50 strength by default you have half the amount of taps needed. then if i remember right family gets 2 points per tap? and i dont think anything other than suffocating grip changes their fight what so ever...i would like to see both sides stamina take a small part in it, but mostly i just want the win against Johnny fighting animation to go away...like the ending animation is literally longer than how long it takes to fight....its BS in the highest degree also that ending animation cuts alot of your stun time to be able to run away, meaning if you don't choose fight Johnny don't bother fighting him unless you have a gap that will take him 40 seconds to catch up to you

That's why I hate high str/tough connies. Nothing ends up being opened unless you also have like a danny because there to busy trying to be a walmart brand leland. If it doesn't work at the start, it makes end game really hard and making almost no way to escape outside fuse.

Or why str means less it goes both ways as Virginia I never pick a bone scrap like 80% escape rate just poison and run 50 prof 40 hp and rest in stamina, if you care perks are Extra drip efficient locksmith so cook is no big deal (honestly rather him then a trapper) and the one that gives 7 more hp to allow for more stamina as I like 40hp I think it’s like 37 Stam you get
