I dont care where Okomfo Anokye comes from... Asantes have never claimed that Okomfo Anokye was an 'ethnic' asante.. the beauty of the history is the fact that Nana Osei Tutu I saw something special in Okomfo Anokye where others were blind, and was able to use this gift of Anokye to build the great Asante kingdom.. There is an Asante proverb... "Asante nkae.." (Asante doesnt remember where you are originally from as long as you identify yourself as an Asante..) It is a Kingdom of many different people but Asantes CHOOSE to give their allegiance to ONE KING, because unity is strength..

This man's account is inconsistent within the life time of Okomfo Anokye Most of his narrations took place before Okomfo Anokye was born. Some of the people mentioned in this narrative lived before Anokye Komfo. Anokye was not an Ewe. Akans relied on Guans and people from northern savanna for spiritual guidance. The Guans are a scattered people who live Ghana, Togo and Benin. I would like to have a live-debate with this guy mixing our history up. Okomfo Anokye was a Guans.

The is not an ordinary man but a chief and a high priest if I understand the conversation. His story Agrees with the oral history of the anlo people. Okonfo Anokye is a twin with birth name Atsu-Tsala and his twin brothers name is Tse-Tsali aka torgbui tsali the legend. Their grate grand father is called Tsamla (who had also burried a dagger in a rock). Tsamla gave birth to Gemedra. Gemedra fathered Akplormada Akplormada fathered Tsali and Tsala. All the people in this family tree including Okonfo Anotsye did have their graves left behind. To keep track of his journey to Akan land okonfo anokye left his foot print on a rock(this is yet to hit the public domain) The sight of the rock is currently a shrine in the volta region
