Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki was incredibly delicious. To be honest, it's even better than the Osaka-style, and I’m totally hooked. The generous amount of cabbage is steamed to perfection, bringing out its sweetness, while the noodles, pork, and other ingredients come together in perfect harmony. Watching this video made me crave it again, so now I just have to plan a trip to Hiroshima!⛩🦌

広島のお好み焼きを食べたら、大阪風は食べられないよ！日本人の私でもそう感じる。大阪風は小麦粉の粉だらけで豚肉や海老等はほんの少ししか入っていないケチだ。まるで粉だらけを食べているようなものである。たこ焼きにしてもタコも小さいし、周りの粉の壁だけ大きくてケチそのものである？

よくそれ　言われるけど　あれ苦手やわ。　金属の先端が尖ったもので　あまり口に運びたくない。 私は　それが苦手なので　必ず箸で食べます。
