I think it's Great to continue to follow in your mother FOOTSTEPS!! If this was something she was good at then it would make all the sense in the world 🌍 that the daughter would love cooking Okonomiyaki!! I've seen both styles the Osaka and the Hiroshima style and both meals look Awesome to me!!
